It is observed that the POTD machine is accepting only ten digits in the account number field where as the account number consists of 11 digits. AP Online has provided a new software patch. When the POTD machine is logged in with user id, it will ask for to download the new version. Click "OK" and download. Then it will allow to feed 11 digits. (Previous version of GL-11 is 2.4. New version released is 2.5)
