VRO
Authentication is possible in 2 cases as mentioned below.
- AADHAAR failed
- UID Not Seeded & BFD failed
AADHAAR
failed:
When the beneficiary has UID and BFD
also done and during payment when AADHAAR authentication fails
for 3 attempts, POTD
prompts for VRO authentication.
UID Not Seeded
and BFD Failed:
When the beneficiary has UID but BFD
not done, at the time of payments POTD prompts for BFD. But when BFD is failed,
POTD prompts for VRO authentication.
