All delivery SOs are dispatched calenders to be delivered to Panchayat Secretaries and will be received by SPMs on 07.02.2015. These calenders are sent by Directorate under business parcel booked by DAVP (Directorate of Advertising & Visual Publicity). They should be sent to BOs today for delivery under acquittance (Acquittance may be taken in Postman book or in a list manually prepared). After all articles are delivered by BPMs and SO, SPM has to give certificate to be sent to DO.
