Complaints are being received from different quarters that sale of KVP and NSC still has not started by many post offices. It is to inform that
Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, vide its OM Dated
8.4.2016 has allowed sale of physical pre-printed NSC and KVP by
post offices with required changes.
