Customer care for MMTS

Customer care for Mobile Money Transfer Service of DOP can be reached directly through the customized Mobile Handsets provided to the Post Offices by dialing 59495 or by dialing 0124-2438099 form any landline or mobile number. For any issues, complaints or suggestion regarding the Mobile Money Transfer Services can be mailed

to customer care on customercare.dop@maverickmobile.in.

MMTS Training at RO

SPMs/PAs of the offices to which MMTS mobile is supplied have to attend MMTS training at Conference Hall, RO, Kurnool during next week.  They must carry the MMTS mobile set along with them while going to Kurnool.

Mobile Money Transfer Training Material

Mobile Money Transfer instruments are going to be supplied to 52 sub offices in Anantapur Division.  Some offices have already received instruments.  Divisional System Administrator will hand over the instruments to the SPMs and also impart training.

Mobile Money Transfer Service

The objective of the service is to lower the cost of transaction to enable transaction of even very small  amounts. The charge for transferring Rs 1,000/-  to Rs 1,500/- will be Rs 45/-, while for transferring Rs 1,501/- to Rs 5,000/-, the fee will be Rs 79/- and for Rs 5,001/- to Rs 10,000/-, the commission will be Rs 120/- including service tax.
