Pension payment for Feb'2015

Social Security Pensions for the month of Feb'2015 will be paid through post offices.  All SPMs/BPMs have to be ready to commence the pension payment from 01.02.2015. 

In r/o major panchayats where there are more than 750 pensions, additional POTDs are yet to be supplied by AP Online.  As a temporary solution, they have suggested to divert the POTDs from such BPMs who posses multiple POTD devices and also to divert from such BPMs where there are very less number of pensions.  All SPMs where pensions are more than 750 should immediately get such POTDs to their office and contact DO for creation of user id today without fail (till supply of additional POTDs)

NREGS Material pay orders

Manager(DBT), DWMA, Anantapur District has informed that for NREGS material pay orders, no wage slips are generated in the system.  Hence wage slips may not be insisted.  If required, SPM may obtain a physical copy of pay order from MPDO office for reference purpose only.

Republic Cup - 2015

Republic Postal Cricket Cup-2015 matched were held on 18.01.2015 in the Vinay Kumar High School ground.

Supply of additional POTDs- reply by AP Online

As per AP Online reply, all such cases are to be referred to MPDO wh has in turn refer such cases to PD, DWMA, Anantapur.  Please contact DBT Manager, DWMA, Sri. Inayatulla, cell no. 8978680932 for further clarification on any issues relating to adhar inactive/BFD failed cases.

Major changes in GDS cadre

Following the recommendations made by the DKS Chouhan Committee, major changes are made by the department in r/o GDS (all categories of GDS).  From 01.04.2015, selection to the all categories of GDS will be made by Circle Office through a open notification following similar procedure adopted for Postman/MTS direct recruitment.

NREGS details

NREGS amounts credited are of two types.
1. Amount relating to arrears of wages consequent of revision of wage from Rs.149- to Rs.169- per day (for the period from 01.04.2014 to 31.10.2014)
2. For the work done by wage seekers from 01.11.2014 onwards.

•  For pending NREGS payments for the period before 01.11.2014, ask the wage seekers to contact the   MPDO. 
• NREGS reports can also be viewed in the website www.nrega.ap.gov.in  which is maintained by TCS. Go to MIS reports. Go to R.14-Direct Benefit Transfer Reports.
•  In r/o NREGS, for adhar inactive cases, ask the wage seeker to contact the AP Online Mandal Co-ordinator
• In r/o BFD failed cases and discrepancy in adhar number, ask wage seeker to contact APO(Assistant Program Officer of your mandal)

Commencement of NREGS payments

NREGS payments may commence next week.  All SPMs/BPMs/CSPs are requested to deliver the NREGS PBs to wage seekers and take their BFD by 10.12.2014 so that payments can be made easily. Same system followed for SSP will be followed for NREGS.

NREGS and SSP without UID

PDF files are yet to be received from AP Online for the following data relating to NREGS and SSP in respect of which pensioners/wage seekers have either no adhar number or invalid adhar number.  After data is received, pass books will be prepared and sent to POs.

SSP Pension payments for the month of January'2015 will be paid manually through Janmabhumi Committees of state government.  Hence there will be no SSP pension payment through Post Offices for the month of Jan'15.

NREGS - Delay Compensation

NREGS payments are going to start shortly.  The system followed for pension payment, same system will be followed for NREGS payment.  For any issues like adhar enrollment/BFD issues, local APO(NREGS) is responsible.  All such NREGS payment failed cases are to be diverted to APO(NREGS) available in each mandal.

A separate option is provided to each SPM in their portal login to feed day wise cash available with each BPM.  SPM must feed the daily cash (excluding postage and revenue) in that portal.  This is to monitor at state level if minimum cash is available with BPM or not.  
Cash balances of all BOs are going to be revised shortly based on last three years NREGS payment. If minimum cash balance is not maintained, Delay Compensation (penalty) will be imposed by state government.  To avoid delay compensation, SPM must feed the cash balance data daily in the portal login and BPM must maintain the revised minimum cash balance daily.

Instructions for SSP Pension payment

During meeting on 02.01.2015, District Collector has issued instructions regarding SSP Pension payment.
At the pension paying point, state government authorities(MPDO/Commissioner) is responsible to arrange drinking water facility, shamiana, seating arrangement, publicity to the pensioners and scheduled distribution of pension to avoid stampede.

SSP Pension payment for Jan'2015 will commence from 05.01.2015 and upto 12.01.2015. 

SSP Payment - December 2014

Among the three districts(Anantapur, Kurnool and Krishna) in which DBT was launched in the month of December'2014, Anantapur District stood first with 92.67% payments, followed by Kurnool with 91% and followed by Krishna district with 89%.
