Postman DR Exam 2014

In total 7,694 candidates have applied for the Postman DR Exam to be conducted on 12.04.2015 at Kurnool from 1000 to 1200hrs for the 11 vacancies of Anantapur Division.  Of this, 16 candidates are found ineligibile.  Hall permits can be downloaded by the candidates directly from the website appost.in.  However hall permits will also be dispatched by SPOs by registered post to all candidates this week.

Installation of Antivirus and Active Directory

System Administrators will attend post office to install anti virus and active directory.  All the systems will be migrated to indiapost.gov.in domain.  Along with System Administrator, AP Online Mandal Co-ordinator wll also attend (on behalf of TCS) for installation.  SPMs to co-operate.  In the next stage, online integrated packages for use in post office will be installed.  Just like Finacle(used in CBS offices), all the packages will be online. 

Notification for GDS post

Notification for the post of GDSMC/MD, West Kodipalli BO a/w Gummagatta SO is issued.  Last date to submit applications to "Sri. G.Nagaraju, Inspector Posts, Rayadurg Sub Division " is 20.04.2014.  Post is un-reserved.  Selection will be held on 21.04.2015 at 1100hrs in the Office of Inspector Posts, Rayadurg Sub Division, Rayadurg.

SSP reconciliation for the month of March'2015

SPMs will check with SO account/BO Summary and tally the figures.  If any BPM has charged any excess amount the same may be got credited under UCR under intimation to DO.

Transfers in PA cadre

Vide SPOs, Anantapur Division memo dated 16.03.2015 the following transfers are ordered with immediate effect.

1. Sri. G.Sreedhar Babu, SPM, RC Nagar TSO is transferred and posted as PA, Anantapur HO.

2. Sri. M. Jangamanna, PA, Gooty LSG SO is transferred and posted as SPM, R.C.Nagar TSO in compliance of CAT, Hyderabad order dated 31.10.2014 in the O.A. No.822 of 2014.

Application for opening of SSA account

Reserve Bank of India vide lr. no. RBI/2014-15/494 dated 11.03.2015 has provided a specimen of account opening form for the Sukanya Samriddi Account.
