Daily check of NREGS/SSP payment

SPMs must compulsorily ensure that daily payment of NREGS/SSP shown in BO Daily Account is tallied with Portal figure.  If BPM/CSP shows excess payment, it should be charged to UCP on the same day and BPM/CSP has to credit under UCR.

SSP Incentive to staff

As per the CO order, rate of SSP incentive per transaction is as follows:
To BPMs/SPMs  - 0.50ps
To CSPs             - Rs.2.00

Entering mobile number for e-MO

Provision is made in Meghdoot Point of Sale for entering of mobile number of the sender and addressee. If the mobile number is entered, SMS will be sent to both by PTC server automatically.  All SPMs are requested to enter mobile number as it will further popularize the e-MO product.

Delivery of calenders

All delivery SOs are dispatched calenders to be delivered to Panchayat Secretaries and will be received by SPMs on 07.02.2015.  These calenders are sent by Directorate under business parcel booked by DAVP (Directorate of Advertising & Visual Publicity).  They should be sent to BOs today for delivery under acquittance (Acquittance may be taken in Postman book or in a list manually prepared).  After all articles are delivered by BPMs and SO, SPM has to give certificate to be sent to DO.

It is observed that some PLI F.Os are still sending PLI new proposals in old application format.  CO has strictly ordered to use only new proposal format.

Payment of SSP without adhar number

Even the SSP pensioners without adhar number also are credited with amount.  It is being complained by PD, DWMA that these pensioners are not being paid amount as they have no adhar.  For these pensioners amount can be paid with VRO/PS/Bill Collector authentication.  There are 11,155 such pensioners without adhar number(Neither enrolled nor seeded).  SSP amount can be paid to these pensioners through VRO/PS/BC authentication.
