Extension for SSP payment

Last date for payment of SSP Pensions is extended upto 31.12.2014.  All are instructed to make payments on 30.12.2014 and 31.12.2014.

Enabling of VRO/PS authentication

VRO Authentication will prompt for 2 cases.
1) BFD Failed cases: If pensioner was trying to take payment for the first time through our system, it will prompt for beneficiary BFD. If BFD failed for respective beneficiaries the system will prompt for VRO//PS/BC  local authentication(as their is no local enrollment in kurnool), it will jump back to account number again after entering the same account number it will show the respective VRO/PS/BC name and UID number and it will prompt for best finger of respective VRO/PS/BC for authentication if VRO/PS/BC has successfully seeded in our system against to that BO/GP.
2) BFD Success & Authentication Failed: If BFD has got success and authentication failed for beneficiaries the system will prompt for VRO/PS/BC  local authentication(as their is no local enrollment in kurnool), it will jump back to account number again after entering the same account number it will show the respective VRO/PS/BC name and UID number and it will prompt for best finger of respective VRO/PS/BC for authentication if VRO/PS/BC has successfully seeded in our system against to that BO/GP.

VRO details

VROs attached to each panchayat for authentication of adhar/BFD failed cases can be downloaded from the website www.appost.aponline.gov.in.  Go to the Reports Column.  Go to SSP Reports.  Click RS.14: VRO Details.  In the last two columns, there is UID number and Enrollment status.  Previously AP Online Mandal Co-ordinator has to enroll the VRO with his kit.  Now this process is not applicable and VRO data is directly linked with adhar by AP Online.  Hence in the UID column, if there is UID number available, it means for that particular panchayat, VRO authentication is enabled and all the failed cases can be paid through VRO authentication. (Please do not see enrollment status of VRO as it is not applicable now)

VRO authentication process flow

VRO Authentication is possible in 2 cases as mentioned below.

• AADHAAR failed
• UID Not Seeded & BFD failed

AADHAAR failed:

            When the beneficiary has UID and BFD also done and during payment when AADHAAR authentication fails for 3 attempts, POTD prompts for VRO authentication.

UID Not Seeded and BFD Failed:

            When the beneficiary has UID but BFD not done, at the time of payments POTD prompts for BFD. But when BFD is failed, POTD prompts for VRO authentication.

Additional POTDs

As per the norms, one POTD is required for every 750 SSP pensioners in rural and one POTD for every 1000 pensioners in urban area.  As per these norms, additional POTDs are arrived and additional 76 POTDs are yet to received in the Anantapur District.

AADHAAR failed:

When the beneficiary has UID and BFD also done and during payment when AADHAAR authentication(3FA) fails, When not Local Enrolled POTD prompts for VRO authentication.

UID Seeded and BFD Failed:

When the beneficiary has UID but BFD not done, at the time of payments POTD prompts for BFD. But when BFD is failed and local not enrolled POTD prompts for VRO authentication.

UID not seeded and Local failed:

When the beneficiary does not have UID and he is locally enrolled, at the time of payment POTD prompts for local authentication. When the local authentication is failed POTD prompts for VRO authentication.

When the beneficiary has UID and BFD also done and during payment when AADHAAR authentication(3FA) fails then device prompts for Local Authentication, When the local authentication is failed POTD prompts for VRO authentication.

SSP Payments disabled

SSP Payments are disabled by state government authorities.  They will be enabled again from 10.12.2014.  From 10.12.2014 to 17.12.2014 "Rythu Sadhikarikatha Sadassulu" are being conducted.  During this period pensions are to be distributed.

Collection of mobile number through POTD

SPMs are requested to instruct the BPMs / GDS officials who are operating POTDs to collect the Mobile numbers of Social Security Pensioners in the POTD itself.
Procedure to feed mobile number is as follows.
i. Go to Operator Options in POTD
ii. Go to Mobile No Seeding  
iii. Go to SSP seeding.

During meeting with Project Director, DRDA on 03.12.2014 it is clarified by state authorities that acquittance for payments under SSP in the format given by MPDOs is NOT required.

Kalyandurg LSG SO bagged 1st in number of SSP Payments made on 03.12.2014 with 185 transactions followed by Uravakonda LSG SO with 153 transactions.
