80-Year-Old Retired Postmaster Built A Mini Taj Mahal To Honour His Beloved Wife

True love can also be found closer home. In India, an 80-year-old retired postmaster in Bulandshahr (UP), built a mini Taj Mahal to honour his beloved wife who passed away in December 2011. She died of cancer.Taking a leaf out of the Mughal Emperor, Shah Jahan’s epic of true love, Faizul Hasan Kadari decided to forever immortalise his wife, Tajammuli Begum.

The mini Taj may fall short of the grandeur that is the Agra’s Taj, but nonetheless, it speaks a tale of that ‘forever-love’ which will inspire younger generations for years to come.
