With effect from 29-06-2015, it has to be ensured that
all the Post offices should use Postman
module only for handling the Parcel COD parcels and that they should not send
any service eMOs/Paper money orders except the cases where there is a mismatch
between the amount noted on the article and available in the electronic data.
