Subject: CSI Post rollout issues monitoring
 
Dear All
 
I am directed to request you to raise ticket is CSI service desk regarding any issue being faced post CSI rollout. It is difficult to track the issues received through emails or any other channel of communication, therefore it is requested to access the CSI service desk and raise tickets regarding all CSI post rollout issues. Mr. Sakthivelu and team are monitoring the post rollout issues and their resolution on service desk.
 
Further, a fortnightly VC shall be conducted with all Phase I Circles regarding post rollout issues by the Directorate team and CEPT team. The issues that are not resolved eventhough ticket has been raised in service desk maybe taken up during the VC. The first bi-monthly post rollout VC shall be held in the 2nd week of August. The date and time shall be intimated shortly.
