I was appointed on 9-6-2014 as bpm.Can I eligible for this post sir?
When is last date sir?
This is not a notification. Only rules about recruitment of GDS to MTS cadre , (who opt for APS service). While issuing notification to MTS cadre (departmental exam to the GDS cadre), if a vacancy is reserved for APS, these rules are applicable.
